One Pot Pasta

This creamy One Pot Pasta is made in 20 minutes with cherry tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, and salty Parmesan cheese! 

– 2 tablespoons olive oil  – 1 large onion – 2 cloves garlic – 12 ounces cherry tomatoe – salt and pepper – 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning – ¼ teaspoon red pepper flake – 12 ounces linguine – 4½ cups chicken broth – 1 cup Parmesan cheese – 6 leaves basil



In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, heat olive oil on medium-high. Cook the onion for 3 minutes until translucent. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. One-pot pasta making process photos. Linguini and chicken broth should be added and cooked over high heat, stirring occasionally.

Cook the linguini for 10 more minutes until done. Keep stirring to avoid pasta sticking.
